Digital &amp; Creative Content Lead is responsible for the strategic management of the organization’s digital presence, the development of digital media policies, and their effective implementation. The role also oversees the development of creative materials and content, in line with available resources and the company’s strategic objectives and ensures the delivery of high-quality, aesthetically strong materials that are fully aligned with the company’s Corporate Identity and Brand values.The Digital &amp; Creative Content Lead drives digital and AI evolution, identifying, introducing, and embedding AI-driven tools, technologies, and new ways of working that enhance creativity, efficiency, and impact across digital and creative operations.In addition, the Digital &amp; Creative Content Lead leads and develops the in-house creative and digital team, while coordinating cross-functional internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality, impactful, and brand-aligned creative and digital solutions.&nbsp;How you will contribute:<ul><li>Define and lead the digital and creative strategy across all owned channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.</li><li>Drive the content and creative direction, overseeing the development of high-quality, engaging content across digital, social, web, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Enhance and optimize digital assets, including UX/UI, SEO, analytics, and paid media, to maximize performance and user experience.</li><li>Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including paid social, Google Ads, and programmatic media, ensuring creative excellence and measurable impact.</li><li>Lead and inspire the in-house creative team and collaborate with external partners to deliver impactful, brand-aligned creative assets.</li><li>Translate strategic priorities and data insights into effective content concepts and storytelling, driving continuous improvement.</li></ul> What you will bring:&nbsp;<ul><li>University degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>8+ years of experience in digital and creative roles within agencies, with exposure to a wide range of advertising applications (digital, print, social media).</li><li>Previous managerial experience within a CPG, Food, F&amp;B, or Retail environment will be considered a strong asset.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools for visual and video production (e.g. generative AI platforms for creative content).</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch is an asset.</li><li>Strong background in art direction and creative concept development.</li><li>Solid project management skills and experience in digital performance measurement and analytics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
