Currently we are searching to hire a Head of Offensive Security to oversee offensive security testing of systems, applications, and infrastructure to stay ahead of threats.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Lead the design and execution of real-world attack simulations, including ethical hacking, red teaming, and penetration testing, to uncover weaknesses security defenses</li><li>Improve organizational security posture through actionable recommendations that enhance detection, response, and preventive measures</li><li>Monitor and validate security controls, testing the effectiveness of existing measures and incident response processes</li><li>Manage threat intelligence, collaborating with blue teams to anticipate and counter evolving attack techniques</li><li>Drive security innovation by developing new offensive tools, techniques, and methodologies to stay ahead of adversaries</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>BSc in computing, or related discipline</li><li>Master’s degree will be considered as an asset</li><li>Minimum 7 years previous experience in a senior offensive security role</li><li>Proven expertise in conducting penetration tests, red/purple teaming</li><li>Experience in designing and lead complex attack simulations and adversary emulation exercises</li><li>Deep understanding and knowledge of offensive security tools, techniques and standards</li><li>Familiar with vulnerability management platforms</li><li>Ability to align offensive operations with real-world threat actor tactics, like MITRE ATT&amp;CK framework</li><li>Certified with CISSP, &nbsp;OSCP, OSWE, &nbsp;OSCE, &nbsp;OSEE, CRTO, &nbsp;GXPN</li></ul>

Head of Offensive Security (M6)

Main Tasks:<ul><li>Receive and manage customer requests, through our internal ticketing system</li><li>Assign work orders to engineers</li><li>Follow up tickets through whole ticket lifecycle, based upon customer contracts</li><li>Ensure SLA terms are respected</li><li>Remotely perform system troubleshooting, incident investigation and resolution for a set of customers or services</li><li>Coordinate 3rd party vendors</li><li>Monitoring and operation of customer systems using managed services tools</li><li>Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (Level 2, Level 3)</li><li>Reporting</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field</li><li>At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position</li><li>Very good knowledge of Windows environment</li><li>Very good knowledge of MS Office (excel, word)</li><li>Basic technical knowledge and experience in Networking (switching/routing)</li><li>Basic knowledge and understanding in Firewalling/Security</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English (both written &amp; spoken)</li><li>Ability to work in shifts 24*7</li></ul>&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Certification in the technological areas of Systems/Networking/Firewalling (e.g. CCNA, NSE, Azure etc.)</li></ul>&nbsp;You are the right candidate if you possess the following core competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Decision making skills</li><li>Analytical thinking</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Consistency &amp; Reliability</li></ul>&nbsp;Our company offers<ul><li>Excellent working environment</li><li>Excellent career and development opportunities</li><li>Ongoing training</li><li>Private health insurance scheme</li></ul>
