This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Network Field Technician with hands-on experience in fixed access networks, fiber optics, and telecom equipment maintenance, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of Nova’s network infrastructure and field operations.What will you do:<ul><li>Resolve system issues and provide solutions to overcome restrictions, ensuring the network operates efficiently in the long term.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Install and maintain wireless computing networks, cabling, and connections.</li><li>Install and maintain active telecom equipment (routers, switches, WDM, modems, etc.).</li><li>Install and maintain non-active telecom equipment (racks, DDF, ODF, cabling, outdoor cabins, etc.).</li><li>Inspect LAN/WAN infrastructures and troubleshoot any Layer 1 issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot system failures and identify roadblocks in the network.</li><li>Verify service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms, identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.</li><li>Maintain and repair hardware and peripheral telecom devices.</li><li>Preventive and corrective maintenance at NGA cabinets</li></ul>It would be great if you have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications.</li><li>4+ years of experience in Fixed Access Networks or Field Support.</li><li>Prior experience with Nokia, Huawei, Adtran, or Ericsson access equipment (highly desirable).</li><li>Experience with single-mode, multi-mode fiber optic, and CAT5/6 cabling.</li><li>Experience measuring optical or copper circuits using analyzers (OTDR, TDR).&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of xDSL and FTTH technologies.</li><li>Experience measuring low-voltage power circuits using appropriate instruments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills.</li></ul>What you will get<ul><li>Wellness programs to keep yourself fit</li><li>Mobile voice and data to talk</li><li>Discounts on&nbsp;Nova Fixed / Mobile / TV&nbsp; for you, friends, family</li><li>Private Insurance program to check up on your health</li><li>Toddlers allowance to daycare your kids</li></ul>

Key duties include developing maintenance guidelines, managing emergency and scheduled works, evaluating subcontractor KPIs, overseeing inventory, and generating operational reports.
