Procurement Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Sustainability &amp; Compliance Officer to join our team.Duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and implement CBAM Reporting with a particular focus on imported construction and metallic materials</li><li>Manage the ESG procurement strategy and support the organization’s compliance with future CSRD requirements</li><li>Ensure alignment with EVER (European Environmental Sustainability Regulations) across procurement processes</li><li>Monitor Building Sustainability &amp; Timber/Bio-based Standards (BSTB)</li><li>Design and maintain a Supplier Evaluation System including KPIs, ESG scoring, and audit processes</li><li>Collect ESG and EU Taxonomy data from suppliers and subcontractors to support regulatory reporting</li><li>Develop procurement policies, procedures and operational manuals</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the Environmental, Finance, and Legal departments</li></ul> Job qualifications and requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil) or in Economics, with strong ESG and Compliance knowledge</li><li>Proven experience in key sustainability frameworks, including ESG reporting, CSRD requirements, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), CBAM and EU Taxonomy</li><li>2 years experience in procurement compliance, supplier auditing processes and subject reporting standards</li><li>Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting processes</li><li>Excellent command of MS-Office Suite</li><li>Proficiency in English (both oral and written)</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills</li></ul>The Company offers:<ul><li>A competitive compensation package</li><li>Private medical insurance</li><li>Engaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projects</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth</li><li>A positive and collaborative working environment</li><li>Committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team members</li></ul>We are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact footprint:<ul><li>&nbsp;We contribute to Greece's green transition!</li><li>We support Greek suppliers!</li><li>We achieve near-total recycling.
