Η MACOhair&nbsp;αναζητά έναν Onboarding &amp; Training Specialist για να διασφαλίσει την αποτελεσματική ένταξη και εκπαίδευση του νέου προσωπικού. Ο ρόλος αυτός είναι κρίσιμος για τη δημιουργία μιας ενωμένης&nbsp;και υψηλής απόδοσης ομάδας, διασφαλίζοντας ότι όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι είναι πλήρως προετοιμασμένοι να ανταποκριθούν στα πρότυπα της εταιρείας. Η θέση ακολουθεί υβριδικό μοντέλο εργασίας:<ul><li>Remote: Δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού, διαχείριση onboarding διαδικασιών, διαδικτυακές συναντήσεις και αξιολόγηση προσωπικού.</li><li>On-site (1-2 φορές την εβδομάδα): Πρακτική εκπαίδευση στις τεχνικές εφαρμογής των προϊόντων και δια ζώσης&nbsp;αξιολογήσεις.</li></ul>Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας ενσωμάτωσης (onboarding) νέων υπαλλήλων, προσφέροντας πλήρη ενημέρωση για την εταιρεία, τα προϊόντα και τις διαδικασίες.</li><li>Εκπαίδευση προσωπικού στις τεχνικές εφαρμογής των συστημάτων μαλλιών, extensions και άλλων προϊόντων.</li><li>Δημιουργία και υλοποίηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων για νέους και υφιστάμενους εργαζομένους, προσαρμοσμένων στις ανάγκες κάθε ρόλου.</li><li>Ανάπτυξη εγχειριδίων και εκπαιδευτικού υλικού (βίντεο, εγχειρίδια, οδηγίες διαδικασιών).</li><li>Παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των εργαζομένων και προσαρμογή της εκπαίδευσης βάσει αναγκών.</li><li>Συνεργασία με τις διοικητικές ομάδες για τη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών εκπαίδευσης και ανάπτυξης του προσωπικού.</li></ul>Τι ζητάμε<ul><li>Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε εκπαίδευση προσωπικού, onboarding ή σχετικό ρόλο</li><li>Ικανότητα εκπαίδευσης σε τεχνικές δεξιότητες που σχετίζονται με κομμωτηριακές υπηρεσίες ή προϊόντα ομορφιάς</li><li>Ικανότητα σύνταξης δομημένου εκπαιδευτικού υλικού</li><li>Δεξιότητες στην επικοινωνία και στην οργάνωση</li><li>Διάθεση για μάθηση και προσαρμογή σε νέες τεχνικές και τάσεις</li><li>Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε κομμωτηριακό ή beauty industry περιβάλλον</li></ul>Προσφέρουμε:<ul><li>Μισθός από 900 έως 1.200 ευρώ καθαρά με δυνατότητα bonus απόδοσης</li><li>Υβριδικό περιβάλλον εργασίας (Remote &amp; On-site)</li><li>Ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης σε ένα δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενο brand</li><li>Εκπαίδευση στις πιο σύγχρονες τεχνικές αντικατάστασης μαλλιών και extensions</li><li>Φιλικό και επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον εργασίας</li></ul>

Onboarding & Training Specialist

As a valued member of our client engagement project teams, you will be pivotal in spearheading key work streams and working with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees. Key responsibilities will include;<ul><li>Work as an integral member of client engagement project teams executing complex tasks and leading work streams</li><li>Contribute to sales by producing high-quality proposals and solutions design as well as participating in client business development meetings</li><li>Analyse operational processes, operational management efficiency, and performance improvement potentials in safety, operational excellence or environmental sustainability</li><li>Actively engage with clients through meetings and interviews and will be trusted to work directly with the client to implement practical solutions</li><li>Analyse data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions and lead the development of high-quality presentations and documents to be used in client engagements</li><li>Conduct interviews, field observations, data and document analysis, DILOS</li><li>Design and provide training/coaching/workshops at client sites.</li></ul>

Health & Safety Senior Consultant
