Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and working closely with the medical and sales teams, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic marketing function in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy to position the brand as a leader in the medical aesthetics sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends</li><li>Design and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across campaigns, channels, and partnerships to maximize ROI and support strategic priorities</li><li>Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity</li><li>Monitor and report on marketing performance, producing weekly and monthly KPI dashboards that track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and brand engagement</li><li>Align marketing and sales efforts, developing joint initiatives to enhance brand visibility, support product launches, and drive client acquisition</li><li>Conduct competitive analysis, tracking market developments, pricing strategies, and new product introductions to inform positioning and promotional tactics</li><li>Ensure strong brand presence across all communication channels, maintaining high standards of visual identity, tone of voice, and audience engagement</li><li>Manage and mentor the internal marketing team, fostering collaboration and performance across roles including marketing coordinator, graphic designer, and social media expert</li><li>Coordinate external partnerships, including marketing agencies, PR consultants, publishers, and production vendors, to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns and materials</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; master’s degree is a plus</li><li>At least 7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role</li><li>Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content marketing</li><li>Strong command of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar), and ability to translate data into actionable insights</li><li>Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other performance marketing platforms</li><li>Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strategic and commercially oriented thinker</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities</li><li>Exceptional planning and project management skills</li><li>Analytical and data-literate with attention to detail</li><li>Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments</li><li>Passionate about innovation and customer experience</li></ul>
