Η UNISON, στο πλαίσιο συνεχούς ανάπτυξης, αναζητά να εντάξει στην Ομάδα μας έναν ή μία Hard Services Supervisor για τη διαχείριση και επίβλεψη του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού βιομηχανίας.&nbsp;Τοποθεσία: ΑσπρόπυργοςΑναφέρεται στον: Account Manager (Engineering Manager)Προΐσταται Ομάδας: Ναι &nbsp;&nbsp;Περιγραφή Εργασίας<ul><li>Παρακολούθηση, υλοποίηση και ενημέρωση του προγράμματος προληπτικής συντήρησης του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού των εγκαταστάσεων του εργοστασίου και των κτιρίων, σε συνεργασία με την τεχνική ομάδα και τους εξειδικευμένους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες</li><li>Διαχείριση βλαβών και διεκπεραίωση εργασιών επισκευαστικής συντήρησης σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα συντήρησης και λειτουργίας της εγκατάστασης</li><li>Οργάνωση εργασιών σε περιόδους shut down της παραγωγής του εργοστασίου, με σκοπό την εκτέλεση εκτεταμένων συντηρήσεων σύμφωνα με το συμφωνημένο πλάνο</li><li>Διαχείριση ομάδας Μηχανολόγων συντήρησης, καθώς και επίβλεψη της σωστής συμπεριφοράς και ασφάλειας του προσωπικού που προΐσταται.&nbsp;</li><li>Επίβλεψη και εκπαίδευση Μηχανολόγων συντήρησης με εφαρμογή των βασικών αρχών ηγεσίας στην ομάδα του</li><li>Καθοδήγηση της ομάδας που προΐσταται και συμμετοχή στο συντονισμό των εργασιών στο πεδίο (ανάγνωση σχεδίων, επίβλεψη έκδοσης αδειών εργασίας,&nbsp;εκτέλεση LOTO κ.λπ.)</li><li>Εποπτεία εφαρμογής διαδικασιών ασφαλούς εργασίας κατά τις εργασίες του προσωπικού ευθύνης του</li><li>Συμμετοχή στον έλεγχο για την τήρηση του προϋπολογισμού τεχνικής συντήρησης</li><li>Σύνταξη προσφορών επισκευαστικής συντήρησης</li><li>Θεμελίωση και διατήρηση&nbsp; εποικοδομητικών σχέσεων με τους συνάδελφους, τους συνεργάτες και τους stakeholders</li><li>Παρουσία στις επισκέψεις Τεχνικού Ασφαλείας&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Ιατρού&nbsp;Εργασίας&nbsp;μέσω&nbsp;ΕΞΥΠΠ, παρακολούθηση&nbsp;παρατηρήσεων&nbsp;στο βιβλίο&nbsp;τεχνικού ασφαλείας και επικοινωνία&nbsp;αυτών&nbsp;στο&nbsp;τμήμα Υγείας και Ασφάλειας</li><li>Συμμετοχή στην διαδικασία βελτίωσης θεμάτων Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας στην Εργασία</li><li>Συμμετοχή στις προγραμματισμένες συσκέψεις της εταιρείας</li></ul>&nbsp;Προσόντα Θέσης<ul><li>Διπλωματούχος Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός ΑΕΙ – μέλος Διπλωματούχων Μηχανικών ΤΕΕ</li><li>Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών&nbsp;σε θέση τεχνικού προϊσταμένου συντήρησης – λειτουργίας βιομηχανίας ή μεγάλων εγκαταστάσεων ή μεγάλων κατασκευαστικών έργων</li><li>Εμπειρία στην διαχείριση τεχνικής ομάδας και εργολάβων</li><li>Επιθυμητή γνώση χειρισμών, συντήρησης και λειτουργίας Υποσταθμών Μ.Τ. και λοιπού ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού</li><li>Γνώση βασικών κανόνων Υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στην Εργασία</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας</li><li>Άριστη γνώση MsOffice</li></ul>&nbsp;Ικανότητες<ul><li>Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση ομάδας</li><li>Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων σε περιβάλλον πίεσης</li><li>Επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες</li><li>Προσανατολισμός στην ασφάλεια και την ποιότητα</li><li>Αναλυτική και οργανωτική σκέψη</li><li>Επικέντρωση στη λεπτομέρεια και στη συνέπεια</li><li>Ευελιξία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων</li><li>Συνεργατικό πνεύμα και ομαδικότητα</li></ul>
