We are seeking a Business Analyst in the Retail domain to join our dynamic team, serving as a vital connection between Store Operations, Franchise business stakeholders, and technology delivery teams.
This role involves managing business requirements for store technology solutions using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and value-driven delivery.
Office location: Gerakas, Athens.
On-site presence: 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Store Operations and product/technology teams
Facilitate discovery sessions including requirement workshops
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to store operations processes and technology platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear problem statements, desired outcomes, and acceptance criteria
Support technology solutions such as Store Backoffice, Electronic Shelf labels, SAP for stores and tailor-made solutions
Identify process and system improvement opportunities that improve throughput, accuracy, labor efficiency, and service levels
Assess operational impacts of new features and support change management activities
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating defect resolution
Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional business requirements
Use Jira to manage requirements, user stories, defects, and backlog prioritization
Use Confluence to document business processes, functional requirements, solution designs, and decision logs
Maintain clear, traceable documentation that supports transparency and cross-team alignment
Provide clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
Strong experience using Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Proven experience translating business requirements into Agile product artifacts
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, iterative product environment
