Guest Services Agent/Bellman is a person who creates a welcoming environment for hotel guests and facilitate their arrival and departure. &nbsp;The Guest Services Agent/Bellman will be responsible for meeting, greeting and directing guests to their destinations. &nbsp;Guest Services Agent/Bellman is responsible for delegating tasks to the Porters as needed such as luggage collections and message deliveries.
