Based in Athens, Greece, working in a hybrid work model and reporting directly to the Head of Design, the ideal candidate will develop creative pixel-perfect interfaces and ensure cohesive visual identities across digital touchpoints.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Design visually stunning and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms</li><li>Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality digital designs</li><li>Develop layouts, color palettes, typography, iconography, and graphic elements that elevate the user experience</li><li>Build and maintain design systems to ensure visual consistency across projects</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual designs</li><li>Work closely with UX specialists, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business goals</li><li>Prepare polished mock-ups, style guides, and design specifications for development teams</li><li>Stay up to date with visual design trends, emerging tools, and best practices relevant to the media and digital landscape</li><li>Ensure all designs meet responsive design standards and accessibility guidelines</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field</li><li>2–4 years of proven experience as a UI or Visual Designer, ideally within a digital agency or media company</li><li>Outstanding visual design skills with a strong eye for color, typography, composition, and detail</li><li>Solid experience developing and working with design systems and brand assets</li><li>Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility considerations</li><li>Proficiency with industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design work for digital platforms</li><li>Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Creative and detail-oriented</li><li>Excellent problem-solving mindset</li><li>Collaborative team player</li><li>Flexible and adaptable</li><li>Passion for user-centric design</li></ul>Apply Now
