As a Marketing Communication Officer, you will support the MarCom team in the execution of communication strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, marketing campaign support, and the analysis of marketing data.Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels</li><li>Collaborate with team members to develop content calendars and brainstorm new ideas for content creation</li><li>Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives</li><li>Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases</li><li>Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, briefs</li><li>Assist in company events/fairs/trips</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Strong creativity and interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders</li><li>Basic knowledge of marketing tools, campaign coordination, and market research will be considered an asset</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel</li><li>Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative</li><li>Previous internship or experience in Marketing / Communication will be considered a plus</li></ul>Our Company Offers:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package &amp; extra benefits</li><li>Dynamic, prestigious and highly&nbsp; distinguished working environment (Best workplace award in Greece for 12 years)</li><li>Supportive management</li><li>Among top industries in international market trends</li><li>Multiple learning &amp; career opportunities</li></ul>
