About the job
As a Marketing Communication Officer, you will support the MarCom team in the execution of communication strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, marketing campaign support, and the analysis of marketing data.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels
Collaborate with team members to develop content calendars and brainstorm new ideas for content creation
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, briefs
Assist in company events/fairs/trips
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Strong creativity and interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
Basic knowledge of marketing tools, campaign coordination, and market research will be considered an asset
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative
Previous internship or experience in Marketing / Communication will be considered a plus
