Oversee daily In-Room Dining operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional private dining experiences for our guests.What You Will Do<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day In-Room Dining operations, including Mini Bar and special events.</li><li>Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.</li><li>Monitor staff performance, maintain standards, and provide coaching where necessary.</li><li>Manage daily requisitions for food, beverage, and operational equipment.</li><li>Maintain discipline, organization, and cleanliness of all service areas.</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks on guest service, staff appearance, and Mini Bar operations.</li><li>Make personal contact with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure exceptional service.</li><li>Collaborate with culinary and F&amp;B teams to meet guest requirements and special requests.</li><li>Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of In-Room Dining staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.</li><li>Support preparation of departmental budgets, goals, and business plans.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food &amp; Beverage.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent experience; hospitality management experience preferred.</li><li>Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.</li><li>Proven experience in In-Room Dining, hotel dining, or food &amp; beverage supervision.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Salary and comprehensive Benefits Package.</li><li>Complimentary Employee Meals, Bus Transportation, Uniform &amp; Laundry Services.</li><li>Ticket Restaurant monthly allowance of €100.</li><li>Complimentary Nights at Four Seasons Hotels &amp; Resorts globally.</li><li>Employee Recognition Program.</li><li>Opportunities for Global Travel through Task Forces and Transfers.</li><li>Access to Four Seasons global Training &amp; Development programs.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Hours Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
