The ideal candidate will excel at facilitating solution deﬁnition, coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams, and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, aligned, and commercially sound.This role blends technology understanding, business acumen, commercial awareness, and structured presales execution. You will support opportunity shaping from discovery through RFP handling, solution orchestration, ﬁnancial modeling, and client presentations.Your key responsibilitiesSolution Orchestration,&nbsp;Coordinate architects, delivery leads, SMEs, and practice experts to shape the solution.&nbsp;Drive alignment across internal teams to conﬁrm feasibility, technical consistency, and delivery readiness. Consolidate inputs into cohesive solution narratives without owning thetechnical design.RFP / RFQ / RFI Management<ul><li>Own or co-lead the full RFP response process from qualiﬁcation to submission.</li><li>Review requirements, identify risks, and manage client clariﬁcation&nbsp;cycles.</li><li>Orchestrate contributions across technical, delivery, commercial, andlegal teams.</li><li>Develop clear written content, delivery approaches, and value&nbsp;propositions.</li><li>Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions, support orals, demos, and evaluations.</li></ul>Commercial &amp; Financial Support<ul><li>Contribute to cost modeling, pricing strategies, and proposal ﬁnancials in partnership with&nbsp;delivery and commercial teams.</li></ul>Proposal &amp; Presentation Development<ul><li>Produce compelling proposals, executive presentations, and solution summaries.</li><li>Clearly articulate business value, technology rationale, and ﬁnancial considerations.</li><li>Support go-to-market materials and broader business development initiatives.</li></ul>Skills and attributes for success<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business. A combination would be an asset.</li><li>5+ years of experience in presales, account management in technology consulting, or solution consulting roles. Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, delivery, and commercial functions.</li></ul><ul><li>Solid understanding of digital transformation, cloud strategies, application modernization, integration, and CX solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong business acumen, including understanding of commercial models, ﬁnancial metrics, and business case development.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ management.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including with senior executives.</li><li>Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.</li><li>Proﬁciency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>The eagerness to develop yourself in various ﬁelds of technology solutions.</li></ul>What we look forWhat is most important is that you are committed to working with your colleagues as part of a high- performing team. Organizations need to continuously identify exposures, prioritize remediation based on real risk, and deploy fixes safely across complex endpoint, server and cloud estates.
