Organizations need to continuously identify exposures, prioritize remediation based on real risk, and deploy fixes safely across complex endpoint, server and cloud estates. In this role, you will help our clients strengthen their security posture by designing, improving, and operationalizing vulnerability and patch management processes and by leveraging automation to increase speed, quality, and auditability.&nbsp;Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of our security engineering/operations delivery teams, responsible for establishing and running end-to-end vulnerability and patch management in alignment with client needs and operating models.<ul><li>Deliver end‑to‑end vulnerability assessment and risk‑based remediation prioritization.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to validate scope, impact, and remediation approach across environments.</li><li>Plan and govern patching activities in line with SLAs, maintenance windows, and change processes.</li><li>Execute standard and emergency patching with appropriate testing, approvals, and rollback controls.</li><li>Operate and continuously optimize patching and remediation tooling (e.g. Intune, Azure Update Manager, MECM/SCCM, Tanium).</li><li>Drive automation and scripting to improve remediation efficiency and operational quality.</li><li>Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, and ownership to enable accountability and reporting.</li><li>Produce operational and executive‑level reporting, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience establishing and/or operating Vulnerability &amp; Patch Management processes in a corporate environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies and patch prioritization principles (risk/exposure-based).</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with enterprise endpoint/server patching operations and change-controlled environments.</li><li>Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>&nbsp;Ideally, you will also have:<ul><li>Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience (e.g., Microsoft security/endpoint platform exposure)</li><li>Experience optimizing a tool stack and proposing improvements.</li><li>Experience in hybrid/cloud environments and supporting large-scale operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Microsoft Security certifications such as MD102, AZ-500, MS-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400</li><li>Vendor-agnostic security Certification(s) such as from ISC2 (CISSP, CCSP, etc.), ISACA (CISM, CISA) or SANS/GIAC (GSEC, GCLD, GPCS, etc.) will be considered a plus.</li><li>In depth hands-on experience with a multitude of operating systems,&nbsp;databases and networking infrastructure.</li><li>Ability in writing custom scripting tools (Python, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.), interacting with API’s.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer you &nbsp;Ability to Shape your Future with Confidence by:<ul><li>Developing your professional growth:<ul><li>You'll have unlimited access to educational platforms, EY Badges and EY Degrees, alongside support for certifications.
