In this role, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and optimization of retail business processes supported by SAP Retail, our primary ERP platform.You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to manage demand across areas such as Retail Finance, Order Management, Inventory Management, and Forecast &amp; Replenishment. The role requires strong SAP process understanding, product ownership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.As a Product Owner, you will manage the product backlog, define requirements, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable business value while supporting the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.What you will focus on<ul><li>Product Vision &amp; Strategy: Support the development and communication of a clear product vision and roadmap for the Core Retail and Forecast &amp; Replenishment domain. Contribute to the planning, optimization, and continuous improvement of core retail processes supported by SAP Retail.&nbsp; Align product priorities with organizational goals and business needs.</li><li>Requirements Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SAP experts, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.&nbsp; Ensure that requirements are clearly understood by development and functional teams.</li><li>Product Backlog Ownership: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks. Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives. Work closely with your manager and key stakeholders to ensure that the roadmap reflects evolving business priorities.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SAP specialists, developers, business analysts, and other IT teams to support the successful delivery of product features. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems within the Core Retail and F&amp;R landscape. Support the implementation of enhancements that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and inventory optimization. Stay informed about retail industry trends, SAP capabilities, and best practices to support continuous innovation.</li><li>Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li><li>Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>3+ years of relevant IT experience, experience in the retail industry would be considered a plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of SAP Retail business processes, particularly in core retail and supply chain areas.</li><li>Experience working in complex IT landscapes and large organizations.</li><li>Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with core Retail and Forecast &amp; Replenishment. IT Product Owner

As an Owned Media Lead, you will plan, optimize and execute CRM communication across owned channels such as email, push, SMS and WhatsApp. Using customer data and marketing automation, you will enable personalized, relevant and timely customer journeys that support commercial goals, campaigns and membership growth.
