As an IT System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT systems, networks, and cloud environments. AML Officer – Acquiring is a key member of the risk and compliance function, responsible for the proactive monitoring, investigation, and mitigation of anti-money laundering (AML) risks related to merchants using card acceptance services (POS, e-commerce, etc.).&nbsp;&nbsp;Day-to-Day Responsibilities​&nbsp;<ul><li>Conduct ongoing AML monitoring of merchants, focusing on high-risk MCCs, cross-border activities, and non-face-to-face business models.</li><li>Lead Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and periodic risk re-assessments of merchants.</li><li>Investigate alerts and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with local and EU AML regulations.</li><li>Review onboarding requests from an AML/CFT perspective and provide approval recommendations.</li><li>Stay up to date with evolving AML regulations (e.g., EU AML Directives, FATF guidelines) and ensure internal policies and procedures remain compliant.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee daily monitoring of transactional activity for suspicious or fraudulent patterns across POS and e-commerce merchants.</li><li>Design, implement, and fine-tune AML detection rules within AML monitoring systems (e.g., rule-based engines, machine learning models).</li><li>Lead AML case investigations, assess merchant-level risks, and recommend corrective or preventive actions (e.g., merchant suspension, onboarding block).</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and contribute to the continuous enhancement of prevention strategies.</li></ul>

As a Regulatory Requirements Specialist, you will calculate and analyze capital requirements, capital adequacy, and leverage ratios at Alpha Bank and Group level, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to supervisory authorities.&nbsp;What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Understand the regulatory framework as defined in the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) and involved in the calculation of Risk Weighted Assets (RWAs) under Pillar I framework</li><li>Stay updated on EBA/ECB guidelines and regulatory developments</li><li>Examine regulatory changes and developments (CRR, Basel IV, BCBS) related to capital management, monitoring and reporting</li><li>Collect data and information, ensuring respective consistency and completeness</li><li>Prepare Common Reporting (COREP) and other relevant comprehensive reporting as well as understand and develop reporting requirements in the context of the Credit and Counterparty Credit Risk, Securitisation Risk, Large Exposures and Leverage Ratio</li><li>Identification of potential process impovements and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of RWAs calculation, governance, and controls process</li><li>Execute a series of operational support tasks (e.g. communication with external and internal collaborators, setting up meetings, following up on deliverables)</li><li>Prepare and update reports, presentations, dashboards and other data with key insights to be presented to the competent Committees of the Bank, using analytical and visualization tools (e.g. SAS, Excel, QlikView)</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in in a quantitative field of study (e.g. Risk Management, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Business) or in any other related discipline (a Master Degree will be considered a plus)</li><li>A minimum of two years’ experience in regulatory compliance or prudential reporting in banking or or in a major consulting firm</li><li>Demonstrated experience in at least one or more of the following indicative regulatory reports will be considered an asset: FINREP, COREP and EBA Stress Tests</li><li>Familiarity with big data analysis supported by experience in data analysis and reporting (Microsoft SQL, SPSS) will be considered an asset</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory reporting tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Collaborative, organized, and proactive working style</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
