Join us, and get better with every move.We are currently looking for a Direct Retail Coordinator Intern 🚀, through "'Ατλας" (ΕΣΠΑ) funded program, in the context of which the university undertakes their payment and insurance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer to every incoming call and respond to e-mails.</li><li>Handle client requests in timely manner and cultivate a professional yet friendly relationship with&nbsp;key contacts.</li><li>Follow up all requests until they are closed.</li><li>Prepare and send proposals to clients within the agreed timeframe.</li><li>Ensure that the process of setting up clients in Ayvens’ systems, including the credit approval process, is carried out efficiently and effectively.</li><li>Ensure that orders are logged quickly and with accuracy.</li><li>Ensure that all reports are provided to clients (internal &amp; external) in accuracy and within the agreed time frame.</li><li>Keep the sales information systems updated.</li><li>File all client related documents.</li><li>Coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that clients’ requests are handled efficiently.</li><li>Handle and resolve client complaints.</li><li>Log all interactions with clients in the relevant CRM tool.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of all client events.</li><li>Identify and escalate situations requiring attention.</li><li>Adhere to company policies and guidelines and ensure that the communication style is in line with the Ayvens’ General Rules and brand identity.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and skills:<ul><li>Administrative skills.</li><li>Customer services experience over the telephone, will be consider a plus</li><li>Ability to type with speed and accuracy.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and relevant system applications.</li><li>Knowledge of supporting and administrative processes.</li><li>Good command of English - verbal and written.</li><li>IT literate.</li><li>Ιnterpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.</li><li>Strong listening skills.</li></ul>
