As a Marketing Local Process Expert, you will own the Hilti product portfolio in your market, collaborating closely with regional marketing, trade managers, strategic marketing (including HOL specialists), pricing, and digital teams.As a Marketing Local Process Expert you will be the owner of the Hilti Products portfolio management in your market. You will work with Marketing Regional Process Expert, Trade Managers, Strategic Marketing especially HOL specialist, pricing team and digital team. You will also work with channels, logistic planners and material masters, and after market services. You will be first level support for sales force to provide product info to increase the customer experience, collaborate with Digital department in the webinar process You’ll have broad product knowledge on Hilti catalogue, as well as be part of expert network and collaborate cross-department. You will also drive process optimization. Local Marketing Process Expert (hybrid)

We are seeking a Logistics Lead to drive operational excellence in our Quick Commerce logistics network. In this strategic role, you will take ownership of designing efficient delivery processes, establishing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimizing our operations to meet the demands of fast-paced commerce. You'll work across functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and continuous improvement, focusing on process optimization rather than personnel management. This is an opportunity to shape how we deliver speed and reliability to our customers while building scalable, efficient logistics systems.What you 'll do:Product-Based Delivery Optimization<ul><li>Analyze differences in handling and delivery requirements across product categories (e.g., perishables, fragile items, bulky goods, high-value items)</li><li>Define differentiated logistics approaches per category</li><li>Design tailored delivery workflows where required</li></ul> Process Design &amp; Standardization<ul><li>Build and document SOPs for packaging standards, handover protocols, special handling requirements, exception management</li><li>Ensure consistent execution across areas and hubs</li></ul> Performance &amp; Quality Improvement<ul><li>Monitor logistics KPIs by product category: Delivery time variance, Damage rate, Complaint rate, Return rate</li><li>Identify root causes and implement corrective actions</li></ul> Cross-Functional Alignment<ul><li>Work closely with Commercial (new product launches), Procurement (supplier packaging standards), Warehouse/Dark Store operations, Area/Fleet Managers (for operational rollout)</li><li>Ensure logistics readiness before category expansion</li></ul> Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify inefficiencies linked to product mix changes</li><li>Pilot new delivery models where required</li><li>Optimize cost-to-serve per product segment</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, logistics or a similar quantitative discipline.</li><li>A minimum of 4 years of proven experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally within product/e-commerce operations, logistics or a similar systems focused role.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for complex data manipulation and ad hoc analyses.</li><li>Comfortable with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau). Comfortable in learning and mastering new, complex software and internal tools.
