We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dynamic People Development professional to support, deliver, and scale learning experiences that empower colleagues at all levels. Follow-Up &amp; Development Tracking -Support programme observers or trainers by collecting participant evaluation insights. -Gather and monitor individual follow-up or development plans in collaboration with Local HR teams. -Maintain clear tracking systems and ensure consistency across the region. Programme Enablement -Contribute to the planning of regional and global development initiatives. -Assist in identifying and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who may co-deliver training. -Provide Train-the-Trainer guidance to SMEs when needed. Reporting &amp; Analysis -Maintain regular reporting dashboards and documentation for all initiatives. -Collect and analyse participant feedback to strengthen programme quality and impact. -Develop and maintain standard procedures, manuals, and guidelines. Required Qualifications Qualifications: -English proficiency at C2 level. -Proven experience in Learning &amp; Development, training delivery, or facilitation. -Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and good understanding of LMS platforms. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience working in regional, global, or multicultural environments.
