The&nbsp;Technical Records Officer&nbsp;is responsible for supporting the Company’s Continuing Airworthiness Management by ensuring that all aircraft maintenance records, technical documents, and regulatory compliance data, respective to continuous airworthiness, are accurate, complete, and up to date. They are essentially the custodians of an aircraft’s record — every check, repair, modification, and inspection must be recorded properly.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter and update information in the database and record‐keeping system.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up‐to‐date documentation of all aircraft and component records, including maintenance records, logbooks and other relevant documents.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for recording, indexing, and filing technical records, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information when needed (e.g. audits, inspections).</li><li>Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of technical records, maintaining proper version control and access restrictions as necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards regarding record keeping practices and airworthiness requirements.</li><li>Support the performance of regular audits in technical records to verify completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.</li><li>Generate reports related to aircraft maintenance status, parts usage, and compliance for management and regulatory agencies.</li><li>Work closely with other departments to obtain/provide necessary documentation, resolve issues, and ensure the accuracy of technical records.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Very good organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in data entry and technical records management shall be considered a plus</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written) and local language.</li><li>Proficiency Knowledge of MS Office.</li></ul>

Technical Records Officer

The&nbsp;Catering and Inflight Services Quality Assurance Associate&nbsp;is responsible for ensuring that food, beverages, and inflight services meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and airline policies.This role plays a key part in monitoring catering operations, supplier compliance, and inflight service quality to deliver an outstanding onboard experience for company’s passengers.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and review specifications for products or processes.</li><li>Oversee all product development processes to identify deviations from quality standards.</li><li>Assure ongoing compliance with health and safety instructions and industry regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform product quality reviews.</li><li>Draft quality assurance procedures covering the quality system and the cultivation and production activities of the company.</li><li>Gather and analyze feedback from flight crews and passengers to improve catering offerings.</li><li>Ensuring that catering suppliers adhere to airline and aviation regulatory standards</li><li>Review the implementation and efficiency of quality systems / collect and compile statistical quality data.</li><li>Generate reports for management on quality trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Recommend process improvements based on data insights.</li><li>Set specifications for raw materials and intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.</li></ul>Competences:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Critical thinking and in-depth problem-solving skills</li><li>Data analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Detail-oriented and result oriented.</li><li>Teamwork and collaboration.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience in Quality Assurance role, food procurement or industrial catering operations.</li><li>Experience in managing standards (ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS, etc.).</li><li>Experience in Quality Assurance principles, Quality management systems and Business Improvement tools are highly desirable.</li><li>Previous experience in aviation will be an asset.</li><li>Flexibility to work in rotation shifts, irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.</li><li>Fluency in oral and written English/Greek.</li><li>Proficiency Knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel.</li></ul>
