The Technical Records Officer is responsible for supporting the Company’s Continuing Airworthiness Management by ensuring that all aircraft maintenance records, technical documents, and regulatory compliance data, respective to continuous airworthiness, are accurate, complete, and up to date. They are essentially the custodians of an aircraft’s

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information in the database and record‐keeping system.

• Ensure accurate and up‐to‐date documentation of all aircraft and component records, including maintenance records, logbooks and other relevant documents.

• Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for recording, indexing, and filing technical records, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility of information when needed (e.g. audits, inspections).

• Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of technical records, maintaining proper version control and access restrictions as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and industry standards regarding record keeping practices and airworthiness requirements.

• Support the performance of regular audits in technical records to verify completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.

• Generate reports related to aircraft maintenance status, parts usage, and compliance for management and regulatory agencies.

• Work closely with other departments to obtain/provide necessary documentation, resolve issues, and ensure the accuracy of technical records.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry and technical records management shall be considered a plus.

• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).

• IT literate (MS Office, knowledge of document management platform will be considered an asset).
