talent growth & performance partner

We're looking for a Talent Growth & Performance Partner to join our People & Development team and help shape how efood develops talent and manages performance at scale. You'll partner closely with leadership and HR colleagues to design impactful growth initiatives, from leadership development to performance frameworks, while also contributing to the broader people experience at efood.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and elevate our core people frameworks (Performance Management, Coaching, and Mentoring) to maximize impact

• Partner with global teams, leadership, and HR colleagues to align priorities, influence stakeholders, and embed a culture of growth and accountability

• Drive impactful development initiatives, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution

• Shape and deliver high-impact training programs for Managers

• Build senior leadership capability through scalable learning solutions

• Bring modern learning technologies and AI tools into our approach to boost effectiveness and scale

• Use data and insights to continuously improve outcomes

• Contribute to the wider people experience through strategies that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention

What you need to be successful

• 5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or a related field

• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence and drive people initiatives

• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development and performance management programs

• Experience linking learning and talent initiatives to organizational strategy, development, and retention goals

• Hands-on experience with learning technologies, and genuine curiosity about applying AI tools in L&D

• Comfort using data and insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
