As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that connect with our audience and elevate our brand image.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and manage the annual newsletter calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing & e-commerce priorities and commercial objectives.
Develop and coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns in line with commercial objectives and brand priorities.
Ensure all content reflects brand guidelines, tone of voice, and customer expectations.
Coordinate content production with creative teams and external partners.
Develop and execute tax-free marketing and communication plans to attract international shoppers, increase brand visibility, and drive store traffic.
Plan and implement annual marketing calendars for a portfolio of leading brands, including Sandro, Maje, and Hugo Boss, ensuring excellence across all activations.
Coordinate brand activations, campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in brand marketing, retail marketing or integrated campaign management.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns and engaging content.
Up to date with digital, marketing and consumer trends.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with different teams.
Experience in fashion retail will be considered a plus.
Energy, enthusiasm, team spirit and a positive attitude are mandatory.
Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
