Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι περιφερειακής ομάδας Workplace Managers και Workplace Coordinators.
- Στήνεις και εντάσσεις νέα γραφεία, συντονίζοντας εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους.
- Διασφαλίζεις την υψηλή ποιότητα, συντήρηση και συμμόρφωση όλων των χώρων της περιοχής.
- Αναπτύσσεις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες Workplace και Facilities σύμφωνα με τα διεθνή πρότυπα Υγείας και Ασφάλειας.
- Συντονίζεις προγράμματα Υγείας και Ασφάλειας, Βιωσιμότητας, DEI, εσωτερικών εκδηλώσεων και Κοινότητας.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με παρόχους Integrated Facilities Management για ασφαλείς και συμμορφούμενους χώρους και τήρηση των SLA.
- Διενεργείς επίσημες επιθεωρήσεις εγκαταστάσεων και παρακολουθείς την αποκατάσταση ελλείψεων.
- Καταρτίζεις και διαχειρίζεσαι τους ετήσιους προϋπολογισμούς Opex, παρακολουθώντας αποκλίσεις και λειτουργικές δαπάνες.

- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Workplace και Facilities Management σε περιφερειακό περιβάλλον.
- Team Leadership και Stakeholder Management σε σύνθετο οργανισμό.
- Office Setup and Relocations και Site Inspections.
- Vendor Management και Health and Safety Compliance.
- Budget Management και Policy and Procedure Development.
- Sustainability Programs, DEI Programs και Digital Collaboration Tools.

Getting the essentials right
Our story began in Helsinki – the capital of Finland. Low population density, no strong takeaway or delivery culture and high labor costs made it a tough nut to crack. And let’s be honest, the weather didn’t help. But it gave us a chance to focus on the essentials, like building our tech and making our operations as smooth as possible.

From day one we built our tech with scaling in mind. This allows us to operate efficiently in small countries with a population of only one million – or in cities with just 10,000 people living in our delivery area.
