Τι θα κάνεις
- Ηγείσαι της συντήρησης εγκαταστάσεων και κτιρίων, με επιτόπιο συντονισμό και τεχνική επίβλεψη.
- Αναπτύσσεις και εφαρμόζεις στρατηγικές προληπτικής, διορθωτικής και βελτιωτικής συντήρησης.
- Σχεδιάζεις και παρακολουθείς εργασίες συντήρησης, τεχνικές παρεμβάσεις, αστικά έργα και βελτιώσεις εγκαταστάσεων.
- Επιβλέπεις εργασίες ανακαίνισης, επέκτασης, κατασκευής και αναβάθμισης, τηρώντας προδιαγραφές, χρονοδιαγράμματα, προϋπολογισμούς, ποιότητα και ασφάλεια.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι προϋπολογισμούς CAPEX και OPEX, με έλεγχο κόστους και βελτιστοποίηση πόρων.
- Πραγματοποιείς επιθεωρήσεις, εντοπίζεις προβλήματα, προτείνεις λύσεις και συντονίζεις διορθωτικές ενέργειες.
- Συντάσσεις, ελέγχεις και επικυρώνεις τεχνικές αναφορές, προδιαγραφές, αντικείμενα εργασιών και σχετική τεκμηρίωση.
- Συντονίζεις αιτήματα προμηθειών, αξιολογείς τεχνικές προσφορές και υποστηρίζεις την επιλογή προμηθευτών.
- Επιβλέπεις εργολάβους και παρόχους υπηρεσιών, διασφαλίζοντας πρόοδο, ποιότητα, κόστος, ασφάλεια και έγκαιρη επίλυση θεμάτων.
- Παρακολουθείς χρονοδιαγράμματα, κλιμακώνεις καθυστερήσεις ή κινδύνους και περιορίζεις τη διατάραξη της λειτουργίας.
- Λειτουργείς ως βασικό σημείο επαφής για ανάγκες συντήρησης, τεχνικά αιτήματα και ζητήματα εγκαταστάσεων.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με διαδικασίες Health, Safety and Environment, εσωτερικές πολιτικές και κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις.
- Προωθείς πρωτοβουλίες συνεχούς βελτίωσης για την αξιοπιστία, την αποδοτικότητα, το κόστος και την ποιότητα υπηρεσιών.
- Καθοδηγείς και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα συντήρησης εγκαταστάσεων και κτιρίων, ενισχύοντας τη συνεργασία και την ανάληψη ευθύνης.
