The jobholder will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s Networking & Fixed Telephony solutions to Private Corporate customers. Will have the opportunity to develop expertise in new technologies/services (ex. SDWAN, SASE, Cloud Telephony etc) and work closely with a wide network of key accounts.
• Perform daily visits (physical or digital) to investigate & analyse Corporate/SME Customer needs so as to propose technical solutions that meets customer requirements
• Lead the technical and commercial discussion both with customers and internal organization. Be responsible for the preparation and presentation of Solution Propositions and RFP responses
• Liaise thoroughly with Internal and External business Partners, in order to deliver flawless Technical Solutions
• Achieve sales Targets by co-operating with Account Managers
• Earn Customer Loyalty by becoming the long-term contact of choice for the customer’s Digital Transformation journey and IT solutions lifecycle.
Who you are
• Previous working experience in a similar position in a Telecommunications or IT company
• Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose solutions for WAN/LAN networking (SDWAN/SDLAN), Security (SASE) as well as Network Security (NGFW, DDoS), Cloud and Microsoft Teams Telephony
• Experience in technical writing for the above, both in Greek and English
• Ability and interest to learn about the latest business services and products.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers and partners.
• Strong results orientation, attention to detail & flexibility to work under pressure & tight timelines
