Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τα ανατεθειμένα πόστα σε διαφορετικά σημεία εστίασης, μεταφέροντας τρόφιμα και ποτά και αναπληρώνοντας συνοδευτικά.
- Στήνεις, διατηρείς και αναπληρώνεις τους χώρους self-service buffet, διασφαλίζοντας τη σωστή σήμανση κάθε είδους.
- Υποστηρίζεις τον/την Waiter και Assistant Waiter και σερβίρεις ποτά κατά τις ώρες γευμάτων.
- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα ποιότητας STAR Service Standards και καθαρίζεις τους χώρους εργασίας και τον εξοπλισμό.
- Προετοιμάζεις και υλοποιείς δραστηριότητες F&B, cocktail parties, Tea Time και ειδικές εκδηλώσεις.
- Προετοιμάζεις τους χώρους σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες των προϊσταμένων και τα SOPs.
- Καθαρίζεις, γυαλίζεις, απολυμαίνεις και επιστρέφεις τον εξοπλισμό, τα ποτήρια και τα μαχαιροπίρουνα μετά τη χρήση.
- Ολοκληρώνεις το mise-en-place 15 λεπτά πριν από την έναρξη της εξυπηρέτησης.
- Συμμετέχεις σε καθήκοντα επιβίβασης, όπως βοήθεια με αποσκευές, συνοδεία επισκεπτών και αποθήκευση.
- Συμμετέχεις καθημερινά στο “The Daily Reunion” για την κατανόηση των λειτουργικών αναγκών της ομάδας.
- Παρέχεις υψηλού επιπέδου, προσανατολισμένη στην εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών υπηρεσία και διατηρείς άψογη καθαριότητα.
- Χρησιμοποιείς τον απαιτούμενο Μέσο Ατομικής Προστασίας και εφαρμόζεις σωστές τεχνικές ασφαλούς ανύψωσης.
- Διασφαλίζεις την προστασία της εταιρικής περιουσίας και τηρείς τις διαδικασίες ασφάλειας, προστασίας και εκκένωσης.
- Ενημερώνεσαι για λιμένες, εκδρομές και δραστηριότητες του πλοίου και υποστηρίζεις άλλες λειτουργίες κατόπιν οδηγιών.
