Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και εξυπηρέτηση εστιατορίων, lounge, banquet και εκδηλώσεων.
- Υποδέχεσαι και αλληλεπιδράς με επισκέπτες και υποστηρίζεις τη λήψη παραγγελιών υπό επίβλεψη.
- Σερβίρεις φαγητά και ποτά σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα και τις ακολουθίες εξυπηρέτησης.
- Υποστηρίζεις τις διαδικασίες ανοίγματος, λειτουργίας και κλεισίματος, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της προετοιμασίας τραπεζιών.
- Αναπτύσσεις γνώση μενού, συστατικών, ποτών, προωθητικών ενεργειών και βασικών συνδυασμών.
- Διατηρείς καθαρούς, υγιεινούς και οργανωμένους χώρους εστίασης, βοηθητικούς σταθμούς και εξοπλισμό.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες F&B, Culinary, Stewarding και Front Office για ομαλή εμπειρία επισκεπτών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Υπηρεσία Food & Beverage, εξυπηρέτηση εστιατορίου και εξυπηρέτηση banquet και εκδηλώσεων
- Εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών, επικοινωνία και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες
- Πρότυπα luxury hospitality και εθιμοτυπία εστίασης
- Γνώση μενού και συστατικών, ασφάλεια τροφίμων και POS
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, Multitasking και καθαριότητα και υγιεινή
- Αγγλικά
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας / Διαχείριση Ξενοδοχείων / Τουρισμός / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεωνκατά προτίμηση
Παροχές
- Πρακτική άσκηση διάρκειας 6 μηνών με hands-on εμπειρία σε εστιατόριο, outlet, banquet και εκδηλώσεις.
- Coaching και ανάπτυξη από έμπειρους επαγγελματίες F&B μέσω dedicated buddy και mentor, καθώς και πρακτική εκμάθηση στα luxury service standards, στην αλληλεπίδραση με επισκέπτες, στη γνώση μενού, στο POS, στην ασφάλεια τροφίμων και στο service recovery.
- Ευκαιρίες συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου και δημιουργίας βάσης για καριέρα στον κλάδο hospitality.
