Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία των bar lounges, bars, εστιατορίων, εκδηλώσεων και χώρων επισκεπτών.
- Συμμετέχεις στην προετοιμασία και υλοποίηση εκδηλώσεων Food & Beverage επί πλοίου.
- Καταγράφεις τις συναλλαγές πωλήσεων και ακολουθείς σωστές λογιστικές διαδικασίες.
- Γνωρίζεις τα μενού του bar και παρέχεις εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών.
- Παρασκευάζεις και σερβίρεις ποτά σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας.
- Ελέγχεις το κόστος, διενεργείς απογραφές και διαχειρίζεσαι την αποθήκευση των αποθεμάτων.
- Προετοιμάζεις τους χώρους και τηρείς τα Standard Operating Procedures.
- Εφαρμόζεις τις διαδικασίες εξυπηρέτησης και τις πολιτικές δημόσιας υγείας.
- Προετοιμάζεις και εκτελείς δραστηριότητες Food & Beverage σε όλα τα σημεία πώλησης.
- Διατηρείς καθαρό και ασφαλές τον εξοπλισμό, τον απολυμαίνεις και τον επιστρέφεις μετά τη χρήση.
- Εξασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη προετοιμασία mise-en-place πριν από την εξυπηρέτηση.
- Συμμετέχεις σε καθήκοντα επιβίβασης, υποστήριξη αποσκευών και φορτώσεις.
- Συμμετέχεις στην καθημερινή ενημέρωση της ομάδας και τηρείς τα πρότυπα εξυπηρέτησης.
- Παρέχεις άνεση και προσανατολισμένη στις πωλήσεις εξυπηρέτηση, διατηρώντας υψηλά πρότυπα υγιεινής.
- Χρησιμοποιείς τον κατάλληλο ατομικό προστατευτικό εξοπλισμό και εφαρμόζεις ασφαλείς τεχνικές ανύψωσης.
- Τηρείς τα πρότυπα εμφάνισης και ενδυμασίας της εταιρείας.
- Προστατεύεις την εταιρική περιουσία από απώλεια ή ζημιές.
- Ενημερώνεσαι για λιμένες, εκδρομές και δραστηριότητες του πλοίου.
- Συμμετέχεις σε εκπαιδεύσεις ασφάλειας, πυρασφάλειας και εκκένωσης.
- Υποστηρίζεις άλλα τμήματα και εκτελείς πρόσθετα καθήκοντα κατόπιν οδηγιών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Bartending και γνώση ποτών.
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και Ιαπωνική γλώσσα.
- Λειτουργία επί πλοίου και εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών.
- Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και έλεγχος κόστους.
- Λογιστική καταγραφή συναλλαγών πωλήσεων και λειτουργία εκδηλώσεων Food & Beverage.
- Standard Operating Procedures, συμμόρφωση με τη δημόσια υγεία και διαδικασίες ασφάλειας και προστασίας.
