- Εξασφαλίζεις τα υψηλότερα επίπεδα καθαριότητας, υγιεινής και τάξης σε όλους τους χώρους
- Ελέγχεις το κόστος, τηρείς τον προϋπολογισμό και διαχειρίζεσαι τα αποθέματα
- Προβλέπεις τις ανάγκες των πελατών, διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα και συμμετέχεις σε εκδηλώσεις επί του πλοίου
- Επιβλέπεις και υποστηρίζεις το τμήμα F&B και το πρόγραμμα εργασίας του πληρώματος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πτυχίο Φιλοξενίας ή Διεύθυνσης Ξενοδοχείου
- Ηγετικές ικανότητες και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Άπταιστα Αγγλικά σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
- Πρότυπα Υγιεινής και Καθαριότητας
- Φυσική Αντοχή για εκτεταμένο περπάτημα και ορθοστασία
- Διαχείριση Φιλοξενίας
