- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς την απόδοση τρίτων Τεχνικών Διαχειριστών του στόλου
- Επιβλέπεις τεχνικά θέματα πλοίων σε συντονισμό με Τεχνικούς Διαχειριστές
- Παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη σε προγράμματα ναυπήγησης και τεχνολογικής ανάπτυξης στόλου
- Αναλύεις και καταγράφεις τεχνικά ζητήματα και μαθήματα για μελλοντικά έργα
- Διεξάγεις ανάλυση OPEX και benchmarking
- Οργανώνεις και διαχειρίζεσαι σχέδια ξηράς και έργα αναβάθμισης στόλου
- Παρακολουθείς πλοία σε τακτική βάση και επιβλέπεις εργασίες ξηράς
- Αξιολογείς αιτήματα επιδιοργάνωσης πλοίων σε σχέση με κόστος, χρόνο και πρότυπα ποιότητας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξειδίκευση στη θαλάσσια και τεχνική διαχείριση πλοίων
- Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης έργων και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Εμπειρία σε επιθεώρηση πλοίων και αξιολόγηση vetting
- Γνώση σε ναυπήγηση νέων πλοίων και διαδικασίες ένταξης στο στόλο
- Εμπειρία σε εγκατάσταση και ενσωμάτωση ναυτιλιακών συστημάτων
- Ικανότητα αξιολόγησης κινδύνων τεχνικών σημείων και συντονισμός τεχνικών/εμπορικών ομάδων
- Ναυπηγική Μηχανολογία / Ναυπηγικήκατά προτίμηση
