- Ελέγχεις τα καθυστερημένα έργα για όλα τα πλοία για αποφυγή συστημικών βλαβών λόγω έλλειψης συντήρησης
- Δημιουργείς τη δομή των πλοίων στο ERP για την εφαρμογή του επίσημου PMS της εταιρείας
- Προετοιμάζεις το PMS των πλοίων για εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους ελέγχοντας τα αναφερόμενα έργα και τα σχετικά έντυπα
- Δημιουργείς και διατηρείς αναφορές για κρίσιμα στοιχεία, ανάλυση προϋπολογισμού και παρακολούθηση απόδοσης του PMS
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και τεχνική συμβουλή στο προσωπικό πλοίων
- Υποστηρίζεις το τεχνικό τμήμα με υπηρεσίες συλλογής δεδομένων για όλο τον στόλο και βοηθάς στις διαδικασίες λήψης αποφάσεων και ελέγχου προϋπολογισμού
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση για την ακριβή εφαρμογή ανταλλακτικών στο Navision και συμβάλλεις στη ομαλή λειτουργία του κύκλου προμηθειών
- Εισάγεις δεδομένα στο Navision για καλύτερο έλεγχο συντήρησης και προϋπολογισμού
- Παρέχεις κάθε άλλη σχετική βοήθεια στον Τεχνικό Διευθυντή κατόπιν αιτήματος
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- PMS (Planned Maintenance System) και χρήση Navision
- Διαχείριση δεδομένων και συντήρηση βάσης δεδομένων
- Τεχνική υποστήριξη και σχεδιασμός επισκευών και συντήρησης
- Έλεγχος προϋπολογισμού και Reporting
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικό πνεύμα
- Χρήση Microsoft Office
- Μηχανική / Ναυπηγική / Ναυτιλιακά και Μεταφορικά / Ναυτιλιακή Οικονομία
Περιγραφή Θέσης
Responsibilities:
- Checks overdue works for all vessels so as to avoid system failures due to the lack of maintenance. Also, creates vessels structure in the ERP (i.e., workflow tree, corresponding manufacturers, models, serial number, works & forms) in order to apply Company’s official PMS.
- Prepares Vessels’ PMS for external or internal audits by checking the reported works and the respective forms in order to avoid any deficiencies and maintain vessels’ high performance.
- Creates and maintains various reports on a regular or ad hoc basis regarding critical components for statistical and reporting purposes such as OPEX, budget analysis etc. and for the monitoring of PMS performance and the archiving of technical information.
- Provides training and technical advice to the shipboard personnel.
- Supports the technical department by utilizing data collection services, gathering data for all fleet and assisting in the decision making and budget control processes.
- Provides guidance in terms of precise spare parts implementation in Navision (PMS Tool) and contributes to the smooth operation of the supply cycle.
- Enters data in Navision to allow better maintenance & budget control.
- Provides any other related assistance to the Technical Director if/when requested.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree in Engineering and/or Naval Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Technical department of a shipping company.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Shipping, Maritime Economics or Naval Architecture will be considered an asset;
- Capability of data management and database maintenance.
- Experience on Navision system desirable.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Team player.
