- Οργανώνεις τον προγραμματισμό ταξιδιού σύμφωνα με διεθνείς κανονισμούς και επίλυση λειτουργικών θεμάτων πλοίων
- Βελτιστοποιείς στρατηγικές προμήθειας και κατανάλωσης καυσίμων (bunker)
- Επιβλέπεις και συντονίζεις την εναπόθεση φορτίου, τις εργασίες φορτοεκφόρτωσης και την επίλυση ζητημάτων σε πραγματικό χρόνο
- Συντονίζεις τον ορισμό πρακτόρων και παρέχεις εντολές ταξιδιού στα πλοία
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση των πλοίων σε όλη τη διάρκεια των ταξιδιών, αναλύοντας ταχύτητα και κατανάλωση
- Συντονίζεις υπηρεσίες δρομολόγησης βάσει καιρικών συνθηκών και πρωτοβουλίες βελτιστοποίησης απόδοσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη βελτιστοποίηση καθαρισμού δεξαμενών και χώρων φόρτωσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ερωτηματολόγια πλοίων, πιστοποιητικά, LOI και σχετική τεκμηρίωση
- Ενημερώνεις εταιρικά λογισμικά με τις απαιτούμενες λειτουργικές πληροφορίες
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς φορείς για να εξασφαλίσεις ομαλή λειτουργία και διαχείριση επιχειρήσεων
- Τηρείς τη συμμόρφωση με παγκόσμιους ρυθμιστικούς κανόνες και εταιρικές πολιτικές
- Συντάσσεις λειτουργικές αναφορές και αναλύσεις απόδοσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση και διαχείριση Time Charter και Voyage Charter όρων και προϋποθέσεων
- Κατανόηση προτύπων και ρητρών BIMCO
- Υπολογισμοί laytime και demurrage
- Διαχείριση πλοίων Time Charter, συμπεριλαμβανομένου προγραμματισμού ταξιδιού και παρακολούθησης απόδοσης
- Στρατηγικές προμήθειας και κατανάλωσης καυσίμων (bunker)
- Προγραμματισμός εναπόθεσης φορτίου και διαχείριση φορτηγών εργασιών
- Συντονισμός ορισμού πρακτόρων και εντολών ταξιδιού
- Δρομολόγηση βάσει καιρικών συνθηκών και βελτιστοποίηση απόδοσης
- Βελτιστοποίηση καθαρισμού δεξαμενών και χώρων φόρτωσης
- Διαχείριση ερωτηματολογίων πλοίου, πιστοποιητικών, LOI και τεκμηρίωσης
- Ενημέρωση εταιρικών λογισμικών (IMOS, Danaos)
