- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα και παραγγελίες υπηρεσιών FSR από ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες και εταιρείες διαχείρισης πλοίων
- Συντονίζεις επιθεωρήσεις πλοίων, διασφαλίζοντας έγκαιρη και ποιοτική παροχή υπηρεσιών
- Επικοινωνείς και διαπραγματεύεσαι με παρόχους υπηρεσιών για την καθιέρωση ισχυρών συνεργασιών
- Εποπτεύεις τον έλεγχο πιστώσεων, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη είσπραξη ανεξόφλητων τιμολογίων
- Παρακολουθείς τις προθεσμίες πιστοποίησης πλοίων και ενημερώνεις τους πελάτες για τη συμμόρφωση
- Επεκτείνεις το ναυτιλιακό χαρτοφυλάκιο συμβάλλοντας στην αναβάθμιση των προτύπων ασφάλειας στον κλάδο
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση ναυτιλιακής βιομηχανίας και διαχείριση υπηρεσιών πυρόσβεσης, ασφάλειας & διάσωσης
- Συντονισμός υπηρεσιών και παρακολούθηση συμμόρφωσης προτύπων ασφάλειας ναυτιλίας
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και δεξιότητες διαπραγμάτευσης
- Έλεγχος πιστώσεων και διαχείριση χρόνου
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και άριστη γνώση MS Office
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα
