- Παρέχεις εξειδικευμένη συμβουλή για οργάνωση, σχεδιασμό εργατικού δυναμικού, διαχείριση σχέσεων και απόδοσης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι δίκαια και σύμφωνα με την ελληνική εργατική νομοθεσία τις σχέσεις εργαζομένων και θέματα ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
- Εξασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με την ελληνική εργατική νομοθεσία, πολιτικές εταιρείας και διακυβέρνηση HR
- Ηγείσαι και συντονίζεις πρωτοβουλίες για διαχείριση απόδοσης, ανάπτυξη ταλέντων, μάθηση και σχεδιασμό διαδοχής
- Εποπτεύεις αποζημίωση, παροχές και δραστηριότητες μισθοδοσίας
- Διασφαλίζεις αποτελεσματική λειτουργία HR για 250 υπαλλήλους με ενημερωμένα συστήματα και αρχεία
- Οδηγείς συνεχή βελτίωση διαδικασιών, συστημάτων και υπηρεσιών HR
- Υποστηρίζεις οργανωτικές αλλαγές και μετασχηματισμούς στο γραφείο της Αθήνας
- Συνεργάζεσαι με περιφερειακές και παγκόσμιες ομάδες HR για εφαρμογή πολιτικών και πρωτοβουλιών
- Ηγείσαι και εκπαιδεύεις την τοπική ομάδα HR για ισχυρή εξυπηρέτηση και συνεργασία
- Παρέχεις αναλύσεις HR και δεδομένα για υποστήριξη επιχειρηματικών αποφάσεων
- Προωθείς θετική, συμπεριληπτική και υψηλών επιδόσεων κουλτούρα στο γραφείο της Αθήνας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώσεις ελληνικής εργατικής νομοθεσίας και συμμόρφωση διακυβέρνησης HR
- Εμπειρία σε ρόλους HR Manager σε πολυεθνικές εταιρείες
- Χρήση Microsoft Office και εργαλεία παραγωγικότητας με υποστήριξη AI (π.χ. Claude)
- Διαχείριση σχέσεων εργαζομένων, διαχείριση απόδοσης και αποζημίωση & παροχές
- Δραστηριότητες μισθοδοσίας και διαχείριση οργανωτικών αλλαγών
- Εμπειρία σε σχεδιασμό εργατικού δυναμικού, οργανωτικό σχεδιασμό, μάθηση και σχεδιασμό διαδοχής
- Γνώση πλατφόρμας Workday και διαχείριση συστημάτων HR
- Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
