- Διατηρείς και αρχειοθετείς προσωπικά αρχεία
- Προετοιμάζεις αναφορές για μισθοδοσία και υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία της
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαδικασία onboarding
- Οργανώνεις εκπαίδευση για υγεία και ασφάλεια, ιατρικούς ελέγχους και διασφαλίζεις την ύπαρξη των απαιτούμενων εγγράφων
- Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα πρόσληψης
- Διαχειρίζεσαι θέματα σχέσεων εργαζομένων, εκπαίδευση και επικοινωνία γύρω από παροχές και προγράμματα
- Διερευνάς και αναφέρεις θέματα που επηρεάζουν το ηθικό των εργαζομένων στους υπεύθυνους παρακολούθησης υπηρεσιών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εφαρμογή συμμόρφωσης με τη νομοθεσία ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ενσυναίσθηση στη συνεργασία με εργαζόμενους και διοίκηση
- Υποστήριξη μισθοδοσίας και διαχείριση παροχών
- Διαχείριση βάσης δεδομένων HR και γνώση εφαρμογών βάσεων δεδομένων
- Υποστήριξη onboarding και υποστήριξη πρόσληψης
- Συντονισμός εκπαίδευσης υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση φακέλων προσωπικού και αναφορές κλίματος εργαζομένων
- Σχέσεις εργαζομένων και διαχείριση τερματισμών και ενεργειών απόδοσης
