TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a New Projects Manager, reporting directly to the Engineering & Performance Director and located in our HQ in Athens. This is a central role with responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of new projects and major technical initiatives across all TITAN cement plants in Greece. The role operates at country level, working closely with plant management and central functions to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, in line with applicable technical specifications, company standards, and legal requirements, and in support of plant performance and long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of new projects, plant upgrades, expansions, and major technical initiatives.

• Coordinate the installation, modification, and commissioning of machinery, equipment, buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.

• Ensure effective project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and monitor project documentation, including project plans, schedules, cost estimates, risk registers, and progress reports.

• Manage and supervise internal teams, supervisors, engineers, and external contractors involved in project execution.

• Participate in the selection, technical and financial evaluation, and supervision of contractors and suppliers for new projects.

• Ensure that all project activities comply with TITAN’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

• Monitor HSE performance indicators and take corrective actions to continuously improve safety performance.

• Contribute to annual and medium-term business planning by preparing business cases and proposals for new investments and projects.

• Prepare, monitor, and control project and departmental budgets; identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Quality Management System requirements related to the role.

• Communicate project objectives, progress, risks, and priorities effectively to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Integrated Master’s preferred) in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Proven experience in project management (5+ years), engineering, or technical roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, maintenance practices, and technical project execution.

• Additional experience in managing teams, maintenance or operational units is highly desirable.

• Experience in contractor and supplier management, including technical and financial evaluation.

• Solid understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality management requirements in industrial settings.

• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

• Cost-conscious, results-oriented, and accountable mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written).

• Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
