Intellectica is recruiting a Project Manager/Consultant on behalf of a specialized consulting and engineering firm active in project management, technical advisory, and real estate development. The company is known for its strong expertise in spatial planning and investment structuring, supporting complex infrastructure and property development projects, while acting as a trusted advisor to institutional stakeholders. Based in Athens, Greece and directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects, while contributing to strategic planning and client advisory across multiple workstreams.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
Planning, structuring, and leading the execution of engineering and real estate development projects across all phases, with emphasis on pre-construction activities
Defining and managing project execution plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and investment strategies
Acting as the main point of contact with clients, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective relationship management
Coordinating and directing multidisciplinary teams, including internal resources and external consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery
Monitoring project progress, timelines, and deliverables, identifying risks or deviations, and implementing corrective actions where needed
Overseeing contractual and procedural aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and applicable frameworks
Coordinating technical workflows (e.g. surveys, licensing processes, asset recordings)
Supporting the preparation of technical due diligence reports and real estate asset assessments (built and non-built assets)
Contributing to feasibility studies, business planning, and the development of asset utilization and investment strategies
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks related to spatial planning, development, and public procurement
Any other task that may be required from time to time
Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, or a related field (member of TEE)
5–8 years of experience in project management within engineering, infrastructure, or real estate development environments
Proven experience across different stages of the project lifecycle (planning, permitting, coordination, execution oversight)
Knowledge of at least one of the following regulatory frameworks is highly desirable: Law 4982/2022 (Business Parks), Law 3986/2011 (ESCHASΕ / ESCHADA) & Law 4447/2016 (Spatial Planning Tools), and Law 4412/2016 (Public Procurement)
Familiarity with technical documentation and asset assessment processes
Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, and/or GIS tools
Fluent in English and Greek (both written and verbal)
