- Υποστηρίζεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία του Production Office
- Τηρείς την ομαλή εκτέλεση των εντολών εργασίας από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος
- Ενημερώνεις με ακρίβεια τα δεδομένα παραγωγής και τα ενημερώνεις στο σύστημα
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τη διαμόρφωση προϊόντων εντός του συστήματος ERP
- Συνεργάζεσαι στενά με την ομάδα Supply Chain για την ευθυγράμμιση των λειτουργιών
- Παρακολουθείς τη δραστηριότητα παραγωγής και υποστηρίζεις τη δημιουργία αναφορών βελτίωσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Microsoft Excel
- Γνώση συστήματος ERP
- Εισαγωγή δεδομένων παραγωγής
- Διαχείριση εντολών εργασίας
- Δεξιότητες αναφοράς
- Συντονισμός λειτουργιών παραγωγής

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are looking for a Production Officer to join our team and play a key role in the daily heartbeat of our production operations.
If you enjoy working in a structured environment where precision meets coordination, and you like being the “link” between production, systems, and supply chain, this might be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Production Office in day-to-day operations:
Keeping work orders running smoothly from start to finish
Ensuring accurate production data entry and system updates
Managing product configuration within our ERP system
Working closely with our Supply Chain team to keep operations aligned
Tracking production activity and supporting reporting that helps us improve every day
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (University/College)
Strong command of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with an ERP system is considered a strong plus
Around 1 year of experience in a similar or related role is preferred
Additional Information
Fulfilment of military service obligations where applicable, in accordance with local regulations
