You are responsible for

• Lead, coach, and supervise the daily activities of the production team, ensuring a safe and productive work environment

• Ensure the manufacturing of components is carried out in accordance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules

• Monitor departmental productivity and proactively identify delays, deviations, or technical issues

• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

• Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless production operations

• Manage materials, consumables, tools, and workforce allocation to achieve daily and weekly production targets

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across the department

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding repair and preventive maintenance requirements

• Support the training, development, and performance evaluation of machine operators and technicians

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, and operational performance

• Maintain accurate production records, KPIs, labor hours, and quality control documentation

Your Education & Qualifications are

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, Automation, or a related technical discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment, including experience leading or supervising production teams

• Ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with ERP systems or manufacturing software will be considered an asset

• Good command of the English language, particularly technical terminology, will be considered an advantage
