- Τηρείς τεκμηρίωση και παρακολουθείς διαδικασίες πρωτοτύπων όπου απαιτείται
- Συνεργάζεσαι με μηχανικούς και μέλη ομάδας για την εύρεση λύσεων και επικοινωνείς προληπτικά
- Εκτελείς βαθμονόμηση εξοπλισμού
- Πραγματοποιείς προληπτική συντήρηση
- Παρέχεις ανατροφοδότηση για μεθόδους και τεχνολογίες παραγωγής
- Συνεργάζεσαι με σχεδιαστές για την κατανόηση του σχεδίου και εργάζεσαι αυτόνομα για την βέλτιστη λύση
- Διεξάγεις πειράματα σύμφωνα με πρότυπα ασφάλειας, ποιότητας και αποδοτικότητας, ακολουθώντας οδηγίες
- Σχεδιάζεις συγκρατητές και εξοπλισμό για δοκιμές σε πρωτότυπο και παραγωγικό περιβάλλον
- Διατηρείς καθαρούς και ασφαλείς χώρους εργασίας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Συναρμολόγηση μηχανικών εξαρτημάτων και χρήση εργαλείων επιθεώρησης και μέτρησης
- Χειρισμός εργαλείου κοπής LASER και διαδικασίες αφαίρεσης υλικού
- Γνώση μηχανολογικών σχεδίων και GD&T
- Σχεδιασμός συγκρατητών και εργαλεία/λύσεις συγκράτησης εργασίας
- Βαθμονόμηση εξοπλισμού και προληπτική συντήρηση
- Αναλυτικές και μαθηματικές δεξιότητες, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- Τεκμηρίωση και παρακολούθηση διαδικασιών και συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα ασφαλείας

Περιγραφή Θέσης
The prototyping lab in Athens Engineering Office is seeking a talented engineering technician to help advance Tesla’s mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. The prototyping lab supports engineering operations across Tesla.
Τι θα κάνετε
Assemble complex mechanical parts.
Cut material, build tooling, set fixtures, run programs, deburr, and finish parts.
Operate LASER cutting tool.
Use various inspection and measurement tools to validate assemblies.
Tracking and documentation of prototyping processes and results when necessary.
Collaborate openly with engineers and team members to find solutions, and proactively communicate with them through verbal, email, phone, and other internal electronic channels.
Perform calibrations on equipment.
Complete required preventive maintenance.
Provide feedback on manufacturing methods and technologies.
Collaborate with design engineers to gain an in-depth understanding of the design intend and independently work towards the most effective solution.
Conduct experiments in accordance with all safety, quality, and efficiency standards by following written and verbal work instructions.
Design fixtures and equipment for testing in prototype and production environment.
Maintain clean and safe work areas.

Ability to identify and procure effective tooling and work-holding solutions.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering drawings, documents, and GD&T
Thorough knowledge in measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, bore gauges, optical comparator, etc.
Experience with material removal processes.
Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail and self-direction.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and mathematical competency
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with tight deadline.
English fluently in speaking, reading and writing.
Ability to lift 25 kg on a daily basis.
