- Μετράς μηχανικά μέρη και συναρμογές με όργανα ακριβείας όπως παχύμετρα, μικρόμετρα και CMM
- Υποστηρίζεις διαστασιακούς και οπτικούς ελέγχους σύμφωνα με τεχνικά σχέδια και πρότυπα GD&T
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς καλούπια και συναρμογές για νέες εισαγωγές προϊόντων
- Καταγράφεις, οργανώνεις και αναφέρεις δεδομένα μετρήσεων και ελέγχων
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία εκθέσεων ελέγχου, επιθεωρήσεων πρώτου δείγματος και τεκμηρίωσης μη συμμορφώσεων
- Συνδράμεις στη ρύθμιση, λειτουργία και βασική συντήρηση εξοπλισμού μετρολογίας και συναρμογών
- Υποστηρίζεις την παρακολούθηση και επαλήθευση των βαθμονομήσεων οργάνων και εξοπλισμού
- Συνεργάζεσαι με μηχανικούς και ομάδες παραγωγής και ποιότητας για την επίλυση διαστασιακών προβλημάτων και βελτιστοποίηση μεθόδων ελέγχου
- Διατηρείς τον χώρο μετρολογίας καθαρό, ασφαλή και οργανωμένο
- Τηρείς την τεκμηρίωση αποτελεσμάτων μετρήσεων σύμφωνα με πρότυπα εταιρείας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση GD&T και ικανότητα ανάγνωσης τεχνικών σχεδίων
- Εξοικείωση με λογισμικά CAD όπως SolidWorks και AutoCAD
- Γνώση λογισμικών μετρολογίας PC-DMIS ή Calypso
- Εμπειρία με όργανα μέτρησης όπως παχύμετρα, μικρόμετρα, ψηφιακά όργανα, δείκτες, CMM, OMM, Οπτικό Scanner
- Καταγραφή και αναφορά δεδομένων ελέγχου και μετρήσεων
- Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ακρίβεια
- Επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα στην ομιλία, ανάγνωση και γραφή

Περιγραφή Θέσης
We are seeking a talented Metrology Engineering Intern who will support the metrology activities in our team in Athens.
Τι θα κάνετε
Assist in measuring mechanical parts and assemblies using precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMM, OMM and Optical Scanner.
Support dimensional and visual inspections of components against engineering drawings and GD&T standards requirements.
Design and implementation of jigs and fixtures for new product introductions.
Record, organize, and report measurement and inspection data accurately.
Help prepare inspection reports, first article inspections, and nonconformance documentation.
Assist with setup, operation, and basic maintenance of metrology equipment and fixtures.
Support gauge and equipment calibration tracking and verification activities.
Work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to investigate dimensional issues and improve inspection methods.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized metrology or inspection area.
Maintain documentation of measurement results according to Tesla standards
Τι θα έχετε μαζί σας
Currently enrolled in a degree for Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
A basic understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5 standards) and the ability to read technical drawings.
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or metrology software (PC-DMIS, Calypso) is a significant plus.
Familiarity with standard measurement tools and inspection techniques.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
English fluently in speaking, reading and writing.
