- Εξασφαλίζεις την ασφάλεια όλων των πελατών κατά τη διάρκεια της φλοτίλας
- Φροντίζεις για την παρουσίαση και συντήρηση των γιαχτών
- Προετοιμάζεις όλα τα γιαχτ την ημέρα αλλαγής πελατών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου καθαρισμού κατάστρωμα
- Υποδέχεσαι πελάτες και βοηθάς στην επιβίβαση με ενημερώσεις για ασφάλεια και λειτουργίες γιαχτών
- Παρέχεις αναλυτικές ενημερώσεις για τη φλοτίλα και καθημερινές ενημερώσεις για τις καιρικές και τοπικές συνθήκες
- Προσδένεσαι με ασφάλεια όλες τις γιαχτ καθημερινά
- Εκτελείς καθημερινές επιδιορθώσεις και παρέχεις βοήθεια σε βλάβες ή ανάγκες
- Ελέγχεις τακτικά τον εξοπλισμό, ειδικά τον εξοπλισμό ασφαλείας
- Διαχειρίζεσαι με αποτελεσματικότητα τα αποθέματα ανταλλακτικών και εξοπλισμού στη γιαχτ ηγέτη
- Κοινωνικοποιείσαι με τους πελάτες
- Συμβάλλεις στην οργάνωση κοινοτικών γευμάτων, μπάρμπεκιου, διαγωνισμών και εκδηλώσεων
- Οργανώνεις και συντονίζεις αγώνες φλοτίλας
- Συντάσσεις εβδομαδιαίες αναφορές για τη φλοτίλα
- Διατηρείς καθαριότητα και καλή εμφάνιση στη γιαχτ ηγέτη
- Ενθαρρύνεις την ομαδική εργασία και διασφαλίζεις ότι το πλήρωμα εκπληρώνει τα καθήκοντά του
- Εκτελείς άλλες αρμοδιότητες που υποδεικνύει ο Υπεύθυνος Βάσης
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Πιστοποίηση RYA Yachtmaster Coastal ή Offshore με Εμπορική Επικύρωση
- Επίγνωση Ασφαλείας και Γνώση Πρώτων Βοηθειών
- Βασικές Δεξιότητες Συντήρησης Γιαχτών
- Δεξιότητες Ηγεσίας και Ομαδική Εργασία
- Εμπειρία σε Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών και Κοινωνικές Δεξιότητες
- Ικανότητα Εργασίας υπό Πίεση και Ευελιξία
- Χειρισμός και Πρόσδεση Γιαχτών
- Έλεγχος Αποθεμάτων
- Δεξιότητες Επικοινωνίας και Οργανωτικές Δεξιότητες
- Ναυτιλιακές Σπουδέςκατά προτίμηση

Sailing adventures specifically tailored to every customer, be it an adult group or family vacation, from flotilla charters or courses at our sailing schools, we design the perfect experience they'll never forget. We have something to suit everybody regardless of experience level or vessel preference.
Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
