- Διδάσκεις μαθήματα RYA σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς και τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας
- Διδάσκεις εταιρικά μαθήματα σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα, τις πολιτικές και τις διαδικασίες
- Βοηθάς στο προϊόν ‘flotilla hero’, διδάσκοντας και συμμετέχοντας σε flotilla
- Καλωσορίζεις τους πελάτες και διενεργείς εισαγωγικές ενημερώσεις στο σκάφος
- Εκτελείς βασική συντήρηση γιοτ
- Επικοινωνείς με τον Αρχιεκπαιδευτή για προβλήματα συντήρησης ή ζημιές στα γιοτ
- Υπεύθυνος για τη διατήρηση του επιπέδου των γιοτ της σχολής κατά τη διάρκεια της σεζόν, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της καθαριότητας και της παρακολούθησης αποθεμάτων
- Ολοκληρώνεις με ακρίβεια τα απαιτούμενα έντυπα σύμφωνα με τους τοπικούς νόμους και κανονισμούς
- Παρέχεις άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ανά πάσα στιγμή
- Εκτελείς άλλες αρμοδιότητες κατόπιν αιτήματος του προϊσταμένου σου
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Πιστοποίηση RYA Cruising Instructor με έγκυρο ιατρικό πιστοποιητικό ENG1 ή ML5
- Ισχύον Πιστοποιητικό Πρώτων Βοηθειών ή ισοδύναμο
- Πρόσφατος Έλεγχος Ποινικού Μητρώου ACRO ή DBS
- Δεξιότητες συντήρησης γιοτ
- Ευελιξία και αξιοπιστία στην εργασία
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και λήψη αποφάσεων
- Ισχυρές διαπροσωπικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Γνώση νομοθεσίας υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

Sailing adventures specifically tailored to every customer, be it an adult group or family vacation, from flotilla charters or courses at our sailing schools, we design the perfect experience they'll never forget. We have something to suit everybody regardless of experience level or vessel preference.
Our skippered charters will work with a large variety of customers, from proficient sailors who would like somebody on-board to tackle the hard work and provide their unrivalled local knowledge and expertise, to customers who have never sailed before and are looking to relax and enjoy the adventure, whilst knowing they are in safe hands. Customers can get as involved in the sailing as they like, whilst enjoying the turquoise waters, buzzy harbours, and endless horizons.
Living on board with the customers, our bareboat skippers are required to plan and adapt the charters itinerary dependent on each customer’s preferences, weather forecasts, and perhaps even any secret hidden local gems.
