Τι θα κάνεις
- Υποστηρίζεις τους τεχνικούς επιθεωρητές στον συντονισμό εκκρεμοτήτων, αναφορών βλαβών, επισκευών και υπηρεσιών επί πλοίου.
- Υποστηρίζεις την οργάνωση νέων έργων και dry-dockings υπό την καθοδήγηση των τεχνικών επιθεωρητών.
- Παρακολουθείς τις καταναλώσεις των πλοίων και αναλύεις τις σχετικές αναφορές.
- Καταγράφεις τις επισκέψεις των τεχνικών επιθεωρητών, τις αναφορές και τις διαπιστωμένες ελλείψεις, διατηρώντας σωστή αρχειοθέτηση.
- Παρακολουθείς τα πιστοποιητικά και συντονίζεις τις ανανεώσεις τους.
- Επικοινωνείς με τον νηογνώμονα και οργανώνεις τις επιθεωρήσεις κλάσης.
- Παρέχεις τεχνική υποστήριξη και τεκμηρίωση για τη λειτουργία και συντήρηση μηχανημάτων και εξοπλισμού πλοίων.
- Ελέγχεις την έγκαιρη παραλαβή, ανασκόπηση και αρχειοθέτηση αναφορών, εντύπων και αρχείων πλοίων.
- Συντάσσεις αναφορές και συλλέγεις δεδομένα απόδοσης πλοίων για την αναφορά KPI του τεχνικού τμήματος.
- Καταχωρίζεις τεχνικές πληροφορίες, αναφορές υπηρεσιών και στοιχεία αγορών, τιμολογήσεων και πιστοποιήσεων στο εταιρικό σύστημα.
- Παρευρίσκεσαι περιστασιακά σε πλοίο, όταν απαιτείται.
- Παρέχεις λοιπή σχετική υποστήριξη στον Fleet/Technical Manager ή τον Technical Director.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τεχνικός συντονισμός, συντονισμός dry-docking και παρακολούθηση βλαβών και επισκευών.
- Συντήρηση μηχανημάτων και εξοπλισμού πλοίων και ναυτιλιακή μηχανική.
- Παρακολούθηση και συντονισμός ανανεώσεων πιστοποιητικών και επικοινωνία με νηογνώμονες.
- Ανάλυση δεδομένων απόδοσης πλοίων και αναφορά KPI.
- Τεχνική τεκμηρίωση, τήρηση αρχείων και διαχείριση πληροφοριών αγορών και τιμολογήσεων.
- Χρήση υπολογιστών, άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και διαχείριση προθεσμιών.
