Τι θα κάνεις
- Ελέγχεις τις εκπρόθεσμες εργασίες όλων των πλοίων για την αποφυγή αστοχιών λόγω ελλιπούς συντήρησης.
- Δημιουργείς τη δομή των πλοίων στο ERP, συμπεριλαμβανομένων κατασκευαστών, μοντέλων, σειριακών αριθμών, εργασιών και φορμών.
- Προετοιμάζεις το PMS των πλοίων για εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους, ελέγχοντας εργασίες και σχετικές φόρμες.
- Δημιουργείς και συντηρείς τακτικές ή έκτακτες αναφορές για κρίσιμα εξαρτήματα, OPEX, προϋπολογισμό και απόδοση του PMS.
- Παρέχεις εκπαίδευση και τεχνικές συμβουλές στο προσωπικό των πλοίων.
- Συλλέγεις τεχνικά δεδομένα για όλο τον στόλο και υποστηρίζεις τη λήψη αποφάσεων και τον έλεγχο προϋπολογισμού.
- Παρέχεις καθοδήγηση για την ακριβή καταχώριση ανταλλακτικών στο Navision και υποστηρίζεις την ομαλή λειτουργία του κύκλου προμηθειών.
- Καταχωρίζεις δεδομένα στο Navision για αποτελεσματικότερο έλεγχο συντήρησης και προϋπολογισμού.
- Παρέχεις σχετική υποστήριξη στον Τεχνικό Διευθυντή, όταν ζητείται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Navision και διαχείριση δεδομένων για έλεγχο συντήρησης και προϋπολογισμού.
- Συντήρηση βάσεων δεδομένων και διαχείριση PMS.
- Σχεδιασμός συντήρησης και συστήματα συντήρησης πλοίων.
- Έλεγχος προϋπολογισμού, reporting και ανάλυση.
- Διαχείριση ανταλλακτικών και συλλογή τεχνικών δεδομένων.
- Microsoft Office/Εξοικείωση με υπολογιστές και επάρκεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα.
