Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ensure compliance with all SIG processes, procedures, policies and standards as they relate to planning and schedule governance, and implement scheduling standards (coding, calendars, progress rules, reporting cut-offs) and support consistent adoption across contractors, consultants, and internal teams, escalating deviations to the Planning Senior Manager.
Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules across all project stages, in coordination with Delivery teams and contractors/consultants, also support schedule baseline governance: assist with baseline set-up, maintain baseline versions, and prepare baseline change submissions with full traceability through change control, for approval in line with delegated authority.
Review, challenge, and validate contractor and consultant programs, including logic quality, resource/constraint realism, critical path integrity, and deliverable integration; document findings and agree corrective actions.
Deliver robust progress measurement and forecasting, including weekly/monthly updates, look-ahead planning, progress curves, and clear schedule narratives highlighting drivers, constraints, and trends.
Identify schedule risks, opportunities, constraints, and interface issues; support mitigation planning and recovery strategies with Project Teams and contractors, escalating critical issues as required.
Provide accurate schedule reporting inputs for project and portfolio dashboards and executive reporting, in coordination with the Planning Senior Manager and Project Controls Director, and support the development of planning capability by mentoring planners and contributing to quality assurance and knowledge sharing across the planning community.
What will you bring?
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline, and minimum 7–10 years’ experience in planning/scheduling on major CAPEX projects and programs.
Advanced proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6 preferred) and schedule reporting/analytics (e.g., Excel, Power BI or equivalent).
Proven capability to review and assure contractor schedules and progress submissions, including critical path and baseline integrity.
Strong understanding of the schedule–risk–change interface, including baseline control, time impact awareness, and recovery planning.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex schedule issues clearly and credibly.
Fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred.
