Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ολόκληρο τον κύκλο ζωής tender, από την παραλαβή και αξιολόγηση των εγγράφων έως την υποβολή και την υποστήριξη μέχρι την ανάθεση.
- Αναλύεις τις απαιτήσεις tender και διασφαλίζεις τη συμμόρφωση με διοικητικά, οικονομικά και τεχνικά κριτήρια.
- Συντονίζεις και ενοποιείς εισφορές από τεχνικά, οικονομικά, νομικά και ποιοτικά τμήματα.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με εξωτερικούς εταίρους, μέλη κοινοπραξιών και υπεργολάβους για τη συλλογή και ενσωμάτωση στοιχείων.
- Προετοιμάζεις διοικητικά έγγραφα, δηλώσεις, έντυπα και δικαιολογητικά για υποβολές tender.
- Συμβάλλεις στη σύνταξη τεχνικών προτάσεων, μεθοδολογιών, σχεδίων εργασίας, έργων αναφοράς και βιογραφικών ειδικών.
- Παρακολουθείς προθεσμίες, απαιτήσεις υποβολής και διαδικασίες διευκρινίσεων.
- Ενημερώνεις το αρχείο τεκμηρίωσης tender, τη βάση credentials και τη βιβλιοθήκη γνώσης.
- Προετοιμάζεις επαγγελματικές παρουσιάσεις και υλικό για tendering και ανάπτυξη επιχειρηματικών δραστηριοτήτων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Προετοιμασία tenders και προτάσεων, διαχείριση κύκλου ζωής tender και διαχείριση tender documentation.
- Διαδικασίες ελληνικών δημόσιων συμβάσεων, Ν. 4412/2016 και ΕΣΗΔΗΣ / ΕΣΙΔΗΣ.
- Ανάλυση συμμόρφωσης tender και διοικητική τεκμηρίωση.
- Ανάπτυξη τεχνικών προτάσεων και προετοιμασία και παράδοση παρουσιάσεων.
- Διαχείριση προθεσμιών και συντονισμός stakeholders.
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel και Microsoft PowerPoint.
