Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ολόκληρο τον κύκλο υποβολής προσφορών, από την αξιολόγηση και ανάπτυξη προτάσεων έως την υποβολή και τις διαπραγματεύσεις συμβάσεων.
- Αναλύεις RFPs και απαιτήσεις διαγωνισμών, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση και την τεχνική εφικτότητα.
- Αναπτύσσεις δομημένες και πειστικές προτάσεις, ενσωματώνοντας τεχνικό και εμπορικό περιεχόμενο.
- Συντονίζεις τις συνεισφορές των ομάδων Πωλήσεων, Marketing, Προϊόντος, Οικονομικών, Νομικής και τεχνικών ειδικών.
- Συντηρείς και βελτιώνεις τη βάση δεδομένων περιεχομένου προτάσεων, διασφαλίζοντας ακρίβεια και αποδοτικότητα.
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις του κλάδου Lottery & Gaming, συμπεριλαμβανομένων gaming platforms, PAM, networks και system architectures.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη διαχείριση του sales pipeline, εντοπίζοντας και παρακολουθώντας επιχειρηματικές ευκαιρίες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Διαχείριση προσφορών, ανάπτυξη προτάσεων και Technical writing
- RFP analysis, Pre-sales και ανάλυση κλάδου
- Public procurement processes και Government tenders
- Compliance frameworks
- System architectures και IT solutions
- Hardware procurement, Software procurement και διαχείριση βάσης περιεχομένου προτάσεων
- Πληροφορική / Μηχανική Υπολογιστών / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
